Fusion People is seeking experienced Carpenters, Bricklayers or Leading Hands for a Site Supervisor pathway in Sydney. Start at the head office to learn back-end processes, then move onsite to work with Supervisors and Managers to build practical supervision skills.

Ideal candidates have trade background and leadership potential, with clear pathways to management and a long-term construction career. Ongoing training and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities with experience guiding small teams.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating trades and stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and timelines to meet project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and supervising trades onsite.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and timeframes.
• Support site operations including scheduling, deliveries, and logistics.
• Maintain site safety and WHS compliance.
• Liaise with trades, suppliers and internal teams.
• Learn to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Gradually take ownership of site supervision responsibilities.
