Job summary

Knauf Australia seeks a Fulfillment Centre Manager for the West Burleigh site, full-time, Mon-Fri. You will supervise operations, lead staff, and drive continuous improvement to meet performance targets.

Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential, with experience in sales, distribution, or customer service, and expertise in inventory control and compliance. Collaboration across teams is expected.

Job description

Prior experience within in sales, distribution, or customer service

About the Role

As the Fulfillment Centre Manager, you will oversee the operational activities of the West Burleigh Fulfilment Centre. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that operational targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence

Some tasks as part of this role include:

Provide leadership and management of trade store personnel

Establish and maintain a productive, co-operative team environment where customer service is paramount and sales KPI’s are achieved

Ensure financial compliance and due diligence on site

Effectively manage trade store profit & loss whilst implementing strategies to effect change where required

Full responsibility for managing sites inventory

Provide Management with industry relevant market intelligence

Effectively manage sales and promotional activities at trade store.

Manage transport resources to ensure a safe and efficient delivery service
