Job summary

Ausreo is seeking a leader to head the Melton Trade Service Centre, driving sales and profits while coaching a team to engage effectively with customers. You will report to the Victorian State Manager and steer performance across the region.

The role focuses on setting KPIs, promoting new products, seeking growth opportunities, and negotiating with major customers in builders, civil, and precast segments. A dynamic expansion period awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Trade/Wholesale Sales experience in building materials environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver superior customer service.
• Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in the industry would be an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Establish key performance measures and targets for Trade Service Centre operations.
• Monitor the Outer West and North West region markets to promote new products and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Lead team and create inclusive, collaborative environment for employees.
• Support major customer negotiations including large project home builders, civil and precast segments.
