Job summary

Ausreo is seeking a dynamic leader to run the Melton Trade Service Centre, driving sales and profit while coaching staff to engage effectively with customers. You will report to the Victorian State Manager and guide strategy in line with Ausreo’s national Retail objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and growth within a major materials supplier network across the Outer West/North West regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Trade/Wholesale Sales experience in building materials environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver superior customer service.
• Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish key performance measures and targets for Trade Service Centre operations.
• Monitor the Outer West and North West region markets to promote new products and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Lead team and create inclusive, collaborative environment for employees.
• Support major customer negotiations including large project home builders, civil and precast segments.

About the role

Lead our Melton Trade Service Centre operations to achieve goals defined in Ausreo's National Trade Service Centre Retail Strategy. Be accountable for sales and profit performance while managing, coaching and developing employees to effectively engage within their team. Report to the Victorian State Manager.

Duties
