Job summary

Ausreo is seeking a capable leader to head the Melton Trade Service Centre in Melbourne. You will be accountable for sales and profit performance, coach and develop staff, and align operations with Ausreo's Retail Strategy.

Report to the Victorian State Manager and drive growth in Outer West and North West markets. You will lead a dynamic team, promote new products, build partnerships, and negotiate with major customers including home builders, civil and precast sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Trade/Wholesale Sales experience in building materials environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver superior customer service.
• Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in the industry would be an advantage but not mandatory.
