CSR Springboard in Balcatta, WA is seeking a Trade Counter Sales (Customer Service) & Warehouse Operator for a full-time role based at Balcatta with occasional shifts at Neerabup, Midland and Myaree. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and manage warehouse operations to support store revenue and margins.

The role requires forklift operation, POS familiarity and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Forklift licence is essential.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and in the warehouse (walk-ins, emails, phone).
• Take orders, process on computer, and assist customers.
• Stock movements and stock maintenance.
• Load trucks with orders for distribution and follow safety requirements.
• Unload inbound stock shipments.
• Assist customers in the warehouse, including forklift loading or manual handling.
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling and product presentation.

About the role

The Trade Counter Sales (Customer Service) & Warehouse Operator roleis a Full-time position, based predominately at Balcatta store. You will be required to work at our other stores in Neerabup, Midland and Myaree.Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellencewithin the store and warehouse.

In this role you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers in store and in the warehouse (walk in, emails and over the phone)
• Taking orders, processing on a computer and assisting the customers.
• Stock movements and the maintenance of stock.
• Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
• Unloading inbound orders of stock.
• Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift, or manually as required.
• Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to.
• Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
• Contributes to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets.

Your working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 4:00pm, plus every third Saturday from 7:00am to 12:00pm (paid as overtime). You may be required to work as close by stores from time to time.
