CSR Springboard is seeking a Trade Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales at Mile End, SA. This full-time role reports to the Store Manager and will join the Gyprock Trade Centre to support customer service, sales and warehouse duties.

You will provide exceptional customer service, assist in daily operations, and process orders, invoices and payments while maintaining displays and merchandising. A forklift license is essential to perform warehouse duties.

About the role

The Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales roleis a Full-time position, based at Mile End, SA. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist in the customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.

In this role you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone)
• To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store and within the warehouse.
• Processing orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
• A forklift license is essential to perform warehouse duties.

The Store's standard operating hours are Monday to Friday: 6.30am - 4pm, Saturday 7.30am-11.30am. Any hours worked beyond 38 hours per week will be paid in accordance with applicable overtime provisions providing you with the opportunity to earn additional income.
