Job summary

CSR Limited, based at Hendra, QLD, is hiring a Trade Centre Sales & Warehouse Operator. This full-time role supports customer service, sales and warehouse duties at the Gyprock Trade Centre, reporting to the Store Manager.

Enjoy an early finish each day with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30am to 2:30pm. Overtime and occasional Saturdays may apply as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence and relevant experience are essential.
• Experience in retail, trade supplies, hardware, automotive parts or similar industries is beneficial.
• Good communication and computer skills are essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with product selection and orders.
• Process sales, invoices and payments.
• Build strong relationships with trade customers.
• Coordinate customer collections and deliveries.
• Assist with stock control and warehouse activities.

About the role

The Trade Centre Sales & Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at Hendra, QLD. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist in the customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with product selection and orders
• Process sales, invoices and payments
• Build strong relationships with trade customers
• Coordinate customer collections and deliveries
• Assist with stock control and warehouse activities
• Operate a forklift and undertake loading/unloading duties
• Maintain a safe and organised workplace

What we're looking for

• Experience in retail, trade supplies, hardware, automotive parts or similar industries
• Good communication and computer skills
• A forklift licence and relevant experience are essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks when required

Working Hours

Enjoy an early finish each day, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or personal commitments in the afternoon. This full-time role is worked Monday to Friday, with rostered hours between 5:30am to 2:30pm.

Additional hours worked beyond the standard 38-hour week are paid at overtime rates, with opportunities for extra earnings when business requirements arise, including occasional Saturdays.
