Reece Group is hiring a Trade Counter Assistant to support plumbers and tradespeople across North & Inner Brisbane. The role offers full-time, permanent work with comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing development opportunities.

You will handle customer inquiries, quotes, and stock management, while delivering outstanding service at a busy branch. A helpful, tech-savvy attitude and a valid driver’s license are important, with forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to accurately pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in-person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Upskill through on-the-job training initiatives.
