Reece Group is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant for Inner Sydney to support plumbers and tradespeople with product access across residential, commercial, and renovation projects. No plumbing experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, along with online modules to build confidence and skills.

Roles include customer service, quotes, picking, packing, and local deliveries, with ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and helping people in person or over the phone is preferred.
• Ability to accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is correct.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in-person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, welcoming branch environment.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Upskill with on-the-job training initiatives.
