Job summary

Reece Group Concord Plumbing is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to support plumbers and tradespeople with product access and branch operations. You will contribute to a helpful, efficient counter environment and assist with deliveries as needed.

The role includes on-the-job training, opportunities to learn product knowledge, and growth within the branch network. A valid driver’s licence is required; forklift experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintain a safe, organised and welcoming branch environment.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives.
