Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a customer-focused team member for the Waterloo Trade Counter. You will assist customers, provide product information, prepare quotes, and support day-to-day stock and branch operations.

A valid driver’s licence is required and forklift certification is advantageous. You will rotate between counter service, packing, and occasional deliveries, while maintaining an organized, safe branch environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Possesses a clean, valid driver’s licence.
• Forklift license is ideal but not essential.
• Be tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Offer quotes in-person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Maintain a safe, organised and welcoming branch environment.
