Reece Group is seeking a branch staff member at Waterloo to support plumbers and tradespeople by providing product information, quotes, and order fulfilment. This role involves stock control, deliveries, and maintaining a welcoming branch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
• Ability to handle inquiries, quotes and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information to customers.
• Prepare quotes in person and over the phone.
• Assist with pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintain a safe, organised, welcoming branch environment.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Continue upskilling with on-the-job training initiatives.
