Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a trade counter team member in Carole Park. You’ll assist engineers, project managers, and tradespeople by providing product information and quotes, while performing pick packing and stock control to keep the branch running smoothly.

The role involves helping customers in person and over the phone, using computer systems, and occasional deliveries. Weekend shifts are possible in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service and helping customers in person or over the phone.
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop displays and ensure accurate information.
• Comfort using a computer and willingness to learn new systems.
• Clean valid driver’s licence and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Give quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Occasionally deliver to customers using a company vehicle.
