Reece Group is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver for the Matraville branch. You’ll assist plumbers and tradespeople, provide product information, quotes, and perform stock control, while making deliveries with a company vehicle in a busy retail environment.

The role offers on-the-job training, opportunities to upskill, and a pathway within the Reece network. Valid driver’s licence required; forklift licence is preferred but not essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop displays, and ensure information provided is accurate.
• A clean, valid driver’s licence is required; forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Perform pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintain a safe, organised and welcoming branch environment.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
