Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Part Time Trade Counter Assistant for our Matraville branch. You’ll help plumbers and tradespeople access products, handle quotes, and keep the branch running smoothly. Training is provided, with online modules and ongoing development to build new skills.

You’ll join a supportive branch team, gain exposure to stock control, customer service, and deliveries in a busy retail/wholesale environment, with paid leave and employee discounts as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must be tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Must hold a clean, valid driver’s licence; forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control tasks.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
