Reece Group in Alexandria is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver to support plumbers and tradespeople with product information and timely deliveries. You’ll be part of a busy branch, assisting customers in-store and over the phone, and performing stock control and order picking.

The role offers on‑the‑job training, opportunities to upskill, and a pathway within our nationwide network. A valid driver’s licence is required, forklift is ideal but not essential in this growing role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Clean, valid driver’s license; forklift license ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in-person and over the phone.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
