Job summary

Reece Group in Alexandria seeks a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver to help plumbers and tradespeople access products and support branch operations. No plumbing experience needed; training provided.

You’ll handle customer service, quotes, deliveries, pick packing and stock control, maintain a tidy branch, and continue to upskill through on‑the‑job training. A driver’s licence is required; forklift is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence.
• Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in-person and over the phone.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training initiatives.
