Reece Group in Alexandria, NSW, is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver to help tradespeople access plumbing products and support branch operations. The role offers comprehensive on-the-job training and opportunities to advance within the network.

It’s suitable for those with a growth mindset and customer-service experience. A clean, valid driver’s licence is required; forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in-person and over the phone.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training.
