Job summary

Reece Australia Pty Ltd in Lidcombe is seeking a Local Delivery Driver / Trade Counter Assistant to support plumbers and tradespeople with product access and branch operations. This full-time role combines driving, customer service and stock control, with on-the-job training and opportunities to upskill through company programs.

You'll deliver to customers, take quotes, maintain a safe shop environment and learn our systems as you grow your career within the Reece network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence.
• Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
