Reece Group in Alexandria, NSW, is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver to help tradespeople access plumbing products and support branch operations. The role offers comprehensive on-the-job training and opportunities to advance within the network.

It’s suitable for those with a growth mindset and customer-service experience. A clean, valid driver’s licence is required; forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

About the opportunity

As part of the Trade Counter team in Alexandria, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

No plumbing experience? No Problem.

Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in-person and over the phone.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training initiatives.
