Job summary

Reece Group in Alexandria seeks a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver to help plumbers and tradespeople access products and support branch operations. No plumbing experience needed; training provided.

You’ll handle customer service, quotes, deliveries, pick packing and stock control, maintain a tidy branch, and continue to upskill through on‑the‑job training. A driver’s licence is required; forklift is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence.
• Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!

About the opportunity As part of the Trade Counter team in Alexandria, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
