Reece Group's Matraville Plumbing branch in Sydney is seeking a motivated Branch Staff member to assist plumbers and trades with product access and daily operations. No industry experience required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and online learning to build your skills.

You'll handle customer service in person and over the phone, provide product quotes, assist with picking, packing, stock control, and may undertake local deliveries using a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Accurately pick orders and maintain displays.
• Valid driver’s licence required; forklift licence ideal but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and upskill through on‑the‑job training.

About the opportunity

As part of the Branch Staff team at Matraville Plumbing, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
