Job summary

LMP Project Services is seeking experienced Tractor Operators to join our team on a 5/2 roster in the Whitsunday Region. Operate tractors and associated equipment, perform routine maintenance and inspections, and work on a variety of agricultural and land management projects.

Ideal candidates have experience with tractors, a current Driver's Licence, and a safety-first mindset. GPS-guided equipment experience is desirable; strong reliability and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Carry out land management activities such as slashing, grading, spraying, and cultivation.
• Maintain machinery and work areas to a high standard.
• Report faults, hazards and equipment issues promptly.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project objectives.
