We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Tractor Operator to join a great team in Toowoomba.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll spend time both in the warehouse and out on farms operating tractors and spraying gypsum across orchards and farming properties.

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude and personality — someone who is happy to get stuck in, work hard and build good relationships with farmers and the wider team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Operating tractors across various farms and orchards
• Spraying and spreading gypsum as required
• Travelling to farms throughout the local area
• Assisting with warehouse duties when required
• Loading, unloading and general yard/warehouse duties
• Working closely with farmers and customers
• Keeping machinery clean, safe and well maintained
• Following all workplace and safety procedures
• Jumping in and helping wherever needed

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous tractor operating experience is highly regarded
• Confident and comfortable operating machinery
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attitude and a great personality
• Comfortable interacting with farmers and customers
• Happy to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to jump in and help with warehouse duties
