Job summary

UGL Regional Linx is seeking a Track and Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership across corridor access activities, guiding projects that interact with the NSW CRN network. You’ll work with engineers, planners, government agencies and local councils to deliver safe, practical, and sustainable outcomes for communities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary engineering degree (civil preferred).
• Strong technical and engineering assessment capabilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating or influencing multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to safe, sustainable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across corridor access engineering activities to support CRN projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, government agencies, developers, councils and industry partners to ensure safe, practical outcomes.
• Review proposals against CRN standards and asset management principles, identifying and managing safety and operational risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary assessments involving track, civil, structural, signaling, telecoms, geotechnical, maintenance and operations stakeholders.
• Assist in shaping corridor access processes and mentor team members for growth and development.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, templates and engineering practices.
