TPD Claim Support Pty Ltd in Brisbane seeks an experienced TPD Office & Claim Manager to support the Claims Team and represent clients in end-to-end eligibility, research and submission on claims settling and handling processes.

The role offers growth opportunities within a boutique Australian financial claims group and calls for experience in Personal Insurances, Life TPD, Income protection and trauma insurances. Open to full-time or part-time candidates based in Brisbane.

We are a boutique Australian Financial Claims Group who specialises in helping members and clients in the claims handling and settling process. We operate under an AFSL and act in the Best Interest of Clients.

We are looking for someone (either full time or part time) to join our dynamic, motivated team in our Brisbane office. Whether you have worked for an insurance company or in a financial planning office as a financial planner or supporting a financial planner and their clients/members, we would like to hear from you. You will work with Personal Insurances, Life TPD, Income protection and Trauma Insurances and their superannuation funds.

As our TPD Office & Claim Manager you would either support our Claims Team and represent the clients direct or referrals from financial advisors who engage us to represent the client in the full end to end eligibility, research & submission on claims settling and handling processes. Dependent on your experience we would work with you on what part of the process you are skilled on and what part we can develop you further.

Work with clients on Personal Insurances, Life TPD, Income protection and Trauma Insurances and their superannuation funds

Engage with clients using our client-focused successful process

Support the growth of our TPD Claim business with referrals from Financial Planners or our Direct Clients.

Deliver great outcomes and an amazing client experience.

Working on clients with and for the Head of Claims & the Senior Claims Managers

Working with all stakeholders in the process, from referral sources to medical teams, legal professionals, Insurers and the claimants

Reporting to the Director and Head of Claims, if you have skillsets and experiences from past roles that you can support the growth of our business we would love to hear from you as we look to employ 2 candidates

About you

Experience working for an insurance company or in a financial planning office

Experience as a financial planner or supporting a financial planner and their clients/members and would be very advantageous if you understand TPD products and how TPD claims work.

Knowledge of Personal Insurances, Life TPD, Income protection and Trauma Insurances and superannuation funds

Preferred but not essential, 2-3 years’ experience in a claims manager role either submitting, managing or assessing for approval a TPD, Life Claims Retail or Superannuation Portfolio however if you have worked in a role that primarily worked with Personal insurance products and superannuation that is critical skills we require.
