TPD Claims Lawyers is seeking a confident TPD & Insurance Claims Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE to join our dedicated team in Brisbane. You will handle TPD, income protection, and related claims, delivering clear legal advice while collaborating with senior lawyers and staff.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years PQE in TPD, insurance law, superannuation disputes, or related field.
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of TPD, income protection and other insurance claim matters.
• Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients; explain rights and potential outcomes.
• Draft and review legal documents, claim submissions, and correspondence with insurers and funds.
• Liaise with medical professionals and financial advisors to gather evidence for strong cases.
• Maintain up-to-date file management and comply with firm policies.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers, paralegals, and staff to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, or dispute resolution proceedings.
• Contribute to team meetings and knowledge sharing for continuous improvement.
