• Proven legal assistant experience supporting senior Partners in a mid to large law firm.
• Gatekeeper to Partners with strong attention to detail and proactive thinking.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support two Partners in the Employee Relations team with executive-level administration.
• Manage calendars, inbox, travel, and meetings for Partners.
• Oversee matter and document management, billing, and client liaison.
