Omni invites applications for a Vetting Analyst based on-site in Canberra, ACT. You will support our government client by gathering and analysing information, preparing written assessments, and delivering vetting outputs in line with PSPF and related policies.

The role demands Australian citizenship, ability to obtain Top Secret PV or PA clearance, and strong communication and interview skills. Travel may be required; work is full-time on-site with a professional, compliance-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Australian citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Positive Vetting or Privileged Access clearance.
• Willingness to work full-time on site with no remote work.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver vetting services for Omni clients in line with policies and KPIs.
• Perform quality assurance activities as required.
• Contribute to health, safety and wellbeing initiatives within the team.
• Manage assigned resources and equipment.
• Provide timely reporting or escalation to the Team Leader.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive operations.
• Ensure compliance with PSPF, DPF, and privacy requirements, and client policies.
