Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering business and systems analysis within complex ICT environments.
• Minimum 3 years supporting enterprise application integrations, identity & access management solutions and .NET environments.
• Experience producing functional specifications, user stories and solution design artefacts.
• Experience performing impact assessments, feasibility analysis and effort estimation for enterprise enhancements.
• Experience across the full SDLC within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Provide systems analysis across the DSS and NQSC portfolios and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Support testing, UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet quality expectations.
• Contribute to cyber uplift, system enhancements and ongoing operational support.
