Job summary

You will manage end-to-end campaigns, build strong local relationships, and deliver premium client experiences from appraisal through to settlement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in residential sales, preferably with local market familiarity.
• Strong understanding of local market trends and dynamics.
• Proven track record in listings and sales.
• Strong rapport-building with existing and new clients.
• Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Client-centric, self-driven approach with professional communication.
