Bailey Nelson in Toowoomba is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role partners with an Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success, drives sales, and builds a high-energy store culture.

You’ll coach and develop staff, smash targets, and run a smooth operation while living BN values in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment in regional Queensland.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience at a Senior level in Retail or Optics.
• Experience in optics is valued; otherwise leadership in retail/hospitality is acceptable.
