Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking a driven Store Manager for its Manly store, Sydney. You will lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales in a fast-paced optics retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach!
• Someone who feels at home with our values: tight-knit, down-to-earth, and constantly improving
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Confident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations
• High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
