Job summary

SA Health's Southern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Timewise Administrator to support the Time and Attendance system. This full-time role (initial 6-month contract, pro rata) sits within the SALHN Workforce team in Adelaide and requires strong communication, system management, and training skills.

Reporting to the Manager, you will manage system administration, fix faults, deliver user training, and develop end-user materials in collaboration with SALHN Digital Health and Shared

Qualifications

  • Excellent written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, and under direction, setting priorities to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment, providing support to meet deliverables and adding value in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in system management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the timely and efficient rectification of system faults.
  • Identifying security issues with the software and liaising with SALHN Digital Health.
  • Trouble-shooting issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Create new system and branch administrators and amending users and activities.
  • Provide training and support to new users, managers and staff to enhance skills and capabilities in relation to the system.
  • Liaise with external software developer and Shared Services to ensure end user support materials including course material and reference guides are updated.
  • Support the planning, development and implementation of guidelines, procedures, and processes for the system.

About the role:

Reporting to the Manager, this role is responsible for the maintenance and administration of the Time and Attendance system within Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN). The Timewise Administrator will provide expert advice on the system on the business rules and work processes and will provide training to support new users and managers with the administration and understanding of the system.
