You will work with project teams to assess readiness, manage resistance and embed new processes across the university.

The role requires postgraduate change management qualifications and extensive experience, with strong relationship-building and strategic advisory capabilities across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications in organisational change, project management, communications or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary organisational change management approaches.
• Significant experience leading change and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of change management and communication activities across the project lifecycle.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the University; conduct impact and readiness assessments.
• Provide expert change management advice across projects, managing risks and ensuring continuous improvement.
