• Oversee day-to-day vehicle movements, maintenance and servicing aligned with the Timbertop Programme.
• Conduct daily vehicle and trailer checks, coordinate servicing and repairs, and ensure compliance and high standards.
• Maintain vehicle registrations, compliance and insurance requirements.
• Manage vehicle booking system to support Timbertop Programme needs.
• Monitor and service fuel infrastructure and oversee fuel usage.
• Coordinate and conduct driver assessments, training, licence records and related details.
• Coordinate driving duties including hikes, community services, ski programs and student trips.
• Procure services and manage allocated vehicle budget expenditure targets.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders, service providers and internal departments; perform other duties as required.
