Thredbo Alpine Village is seeking a Planning Coordinator to drive the development application process and coordinate planning activities across internal teams, external consultancies, and government agencies. You will support the Property Manager in implementing planning strategies and ensure safe, efficient operations within the KT division.

Kosciuszko Thredbo (KT) operates Thredbo Alpine Resort within Kosciuszko National Park under a Head Lease agreement with National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) (Lessor). The resort offers a range of tourist and visitor accommodation, food & beverage outlets, retail shops and more through sub-lease arrangements.
As the Planning Coordinator you will liaise across multiple internal departments, the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, the National Parks and Wildlife Service and other governmental referral agencies. Working with the Property Manager, you are to facilitate the effective and safe operation of the Property Department and foster interdepartmental cooperation to enhance operations. Working within your team, you are to provide leadership and guidance to all and work with other supervisors to implement strategies for increasing safety, work satisfaction and productivity.
