Job summary

EVT is seeking a motivated cook to join the Thredbo culinary team. You will help deliver and develop menus for seasonal functions and events across nine venues, contributing to a dynamic alpine dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering and developing menus for seasonal functions and events on and off the mountain.

• Collaborate with chefs and cooks to learn new skills and share knowledge.

Within our team you’ll have loads of opportunities to learn new skills and share your knowledge with others. You’ll be busy, as we always have something on the go in Thredbo, but who said you can’t have fun whilst you work. At Thredbo you’ll have the chance to assist in delivering and developing various menus for seasonal functions and events on and off the mountain. Each day is different with 9 venues that all have their own unique cuisine and service style! Help us meet our culinary goals and work with a team of motivated people to get the job done, have a laugh along the way and develop your skills at the same time.
