EVT Limited’s Thredbo MTB team is seeking a Mountain Bike Guide to deliver exceptional customer service, provide accurate recommendations, and greet guests warmly. The role supports daily MTB operations, trail maintenance, and retail/rental activities in a world-class alpine village.
The position requires an active gravity MTB rider, a Level 1 MTB certification (or PMBI equivalent), bike servicing experience, and NSW WWCC.
As a Mountain Bike Guide you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by always greeting customers in a positive and friendly manner. You will be required to familiarise yourself with Thredbo’s wide variety of mountain biking & summer activities products so you can provide the customer with accurate recommendations.
