Job summary

EVT’s Thredbo Village team is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Attendant to clean hotel rooms, apartments, and public areas to a 4-star standard, including laundering linen and supporting restaurant and bar spaces.

Join a fast-paced alpine resort known for its 365-day operations and strong guest focus. You’ll work both independently and with the team, delivering excellent service and maintaining resort knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms, restaurants, bars and public areas to a 4-star standard.
• Restock rooms and public areas with supplies and linen.
• Launder linen for hotel and apartments.

The Housekeeping team ensures guests have unforgettable experiences throughout their stay in Thredbo Village. They cover a range of accommodations such as the Thredbo Alpine Hotel and Thredbo Alpine Apartments as well as various external properties. Roles range through all stages of a guests experience from making their booking, preparing for their arrival and ensuring they are welcome and assisted throughout their entire stay. Within all roles it is a requirement to provide excellent customer service, maintain a strong level of knowledge about the resort and deal well in fast paced environments. Housekeeping Attendant: Housekeepers are the behind-the-scenes team essential to the guests' experience. While being responsible for cleaning and restocking the Thredbo Alpine Hotel rooms, restaurants, bars and public areas as well as the Alpine Apartments and Riverside Cabins, you also look after laundering all the linen for the hotel & apartments. Working independently and as part of a team to attend to all aspects of cleaning hotel rooms and apartments to a 4-star level. Skills & Experience Previous experience (Desirable).
