Thredbo is seeking kitchen team members to help deliver and develop menus for seasonal events. You’ll work with a skilled team across nine venues, bringing passion for great dishes to guests from all backgrounds.

Job description

You’ll work alongside highly skilled chefs and cooks alike that are passionate about producing the best dishes and experiences for Thredbo’s guests. Within our team you’ll have loads of opportunities to learn new skills and share your knowledge with others. You’ll be busy, as we always have something on the go in Thredbo, but who said you can’t have fun whilst you work. At Thredbo you’ll have the chance to assist in delivering and developing various menus for seasonal functions and events on and off the mountain. Each day is different with 9 venues that all have their own unique cuisine and service style! Help us meet our culinary goals and work with a team of motivated people to get the job done, have a laugh along the way and develop your skills at the same time.
