Vertiv is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician in Western Australia to perform maintenance servicing of Vertiv equipment, after-hours service work and commissioning as directed by the Service Operations Manager and Thermal Supervisor.

The role focuses on safe, efficient service delivery, keeping customer relationships professional, maintaining company vehicle and logs, and staying current with training across Vertiv technologies while meeting WHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven field service experience in HVAC or precision cooling is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Willingness to work after hours and travel to remote sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Plan customer service maintenance visits.
• Accurately report hours and call out times using digital tools.
• Complete field service reports for maintenance and service calls attended.
• Carry out commissioning and after-hours service commitments professionally.
• Maintain relationships with customers and Vertiv teams.
• Keep up to date with training across Vertiv technologies.
• Maintain company vehicle and personal appearance to standard.
• Record and report spare parts usage.
