Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, commissioning, and after-hours service on Vertiv equipment. The role requires planning visits, documenting activities with digital timesheets, and completing Field Service Reports.

You will maintain customer relationships, stay current with Vertiv technology training, and manage company vehicle and on-site safety standards. Ideal candidates have a Mechanical Trade Certificate, Restricted Electrical Licence, and Refrigerant

Qualifications

• Mechanical Trade Certificate required.
• Restricted Electrical Licence essential.
• Refrigerant Handling Licence required.
• Experience in air-conditioning or precision cooling service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan customer service maintenance visits in a structured manner.
• Record hours and call-out times using digital timesheets.
• Complete Field Service Reports for each maintenance/service call.
• Carry out commissioning, maintenance and after-hours service commitments.
• Maintain relationships with customers and report feedback to Vertiv team.
• Keep training up to date across Vertiv technologies.
• Maintain company vehicle and professional appearance.
