Job summary

• The successful candidate will have senior commercial leadership experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Strong track record in brand strategy, launches, portfolio management and cross-functional leadership.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and deep customer/market understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapy area strategy, portfolio performance and growth across ANZ with sales/market targets.
• Develop and oversee short- and long-term commercial, marketing and sales plans.
• Drive launch excellence, lifecycle management and new product introductions.
• Monitor market trends and dynamics; use data-driven insights for decisions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and regional/launch teams for alignment.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, key accounts, payors and KOLs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Enhance sales force effectiveness and digital, customer-led solutions.
• Ensure alignment with Ethics, Risk and Compliance policies.
