Job summary

Dreamworld on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Chef de Partie to join our Food & Beverage team. You will work alongside the Executive Chef to lead our kitchen brigade across outlets and events, delivering memorable dining experiences for thrill-seekers.

You will bring a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery, a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and at least 2 years' experience in a similar kitchen environment, ideally in events, high-volume operations or

Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar kitchen environment, ideally across events, high-volume operations or premium dining.
Sound HACCP knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and inspire kitchen team members to deliver great food and service.
Bring fresh ideas to the table through menu development, seasonal activations and creative food presentation.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety, including HACCP compliance.
Manage stock, reduce waste and find smarter ways to work.
Support a positive, collaborative kitchen where everyone can thrive.
