Job summary

Dreamworld in Sydney is hiring part-time Qualified Chefs or Cooks to join our Food & Beverage team. You will help create menu items for guests, from prep to plating, across restaurants, fast food outlets and event activations. You will monitor quality, manage stock and lead kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

We offer a 7-day roster with weekends, early mornings, evenings and holidays. A Cert III is highly regarded but not essential, and physical fitness is required for a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations or events-based catering.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and food presentation techniques.
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Available to work a 7-day roster including weekends, early mornings, evenings and public holidays.
• Cert III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded but not essential.
• Physical fitness to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
