Job summary

Dreamworld and WhiteWater World are hiring a Chef de Partie to join our Food & Beverage team on the Gold Coast. You will work alongside our Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations across outlets and events.

You will bring a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery, a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, including events or premium dining. Weekend and varied shifts required.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar kitchen environment.
• Sound HACCP knowledge and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire kitchen team members to deliver great food and service.
• Develop menus, seasonal activations and creative presentations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety (HACCP).
• Manage stock and reduce waste while improving efficiency.
• Support a positive, collaborative kitchen culture and flexible shifts.
