Job summary

Ardent Leisure Group Limited's Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint venues on the Gold Coast are hiring a Part-time Chef or Qualified Cook (PT20). You will prepare and plate meals, assist across fast-paced outlets and events, and help keep kitchen operations smooth.

You'll bring experience in high-volume kitchen operations or events catering, knowledge of food safety, and a team mindset. Cert III in Commercial Cookery is valued but not required; 20 hours per week across a 7-day roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations or events catering.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and plating techniques.
• Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality, stock levels and kitchen hygiene
• Prepare and present meals with attention to quality
• Lead and support kitchen staff for service delivery
• Work across restaurants, fast food outlets and events
