Job summary

Aussie Broadband is seeking an experienced Test Delivery Lead to drive testing and quality assurance across a major transformation program. You’ll own testing strategy, governance and delivery, partnering with technology teams, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure high-quality solutions and successful releases.

This 12-month maximum-term role involves leading SIT, UAT, regression and production readiness activities, developing test frameworks, and reporting insights to governance forums.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading testing in large transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression and release testing.
• Hands-on experience with testing/defect tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across SIT, UAT, regression and production readiness activities.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans and QA frameworks.
• Drive test readiness across environments, integrations, data and dependencies.
• Manage defects, risks and issue resolution to support delivery outcomes.
• Partner with Program Managers, Architects, Product Owners, vendors and SMEs.
• Provide clear reporting and insights to governance forums.
• Support growth and capability of the wider testing team.
